Footage Review Requests - $99/hour
We are pleased to offer security footage reviewing services to meet your specific needs. Our pricing structure for this service is set at $99 per hour with a 30 minute minimum.
Customers can review and download their own video at no charge using their provided credentials. For assistance regaining credentials, please email support@banditsystems.com.

Video search services are not covered under the maintenance service contract or the lease fee
Customers are encouraged to use their system to download video on their own. Bandit Tech Support is always available to provide training and support to our customers who need assistance.
Bandit Systems video search and download services are billed at an hourly rate with a 30 minute minimum to cover search time, overhead, and administration.
For requests with a very narrow time frame, Bandit Systems reserves the right to provide search services at no cost, at the company’s discretion.
Customers will be charged for all dedicated storage media (hard drives, usb sticks, etc) required to transfer data, but free storage will be used whenever possible. Free storage links to video are available for 2 weeks prior to expiration.
New Credential Requests - $49
5 initial credentials for new customers are included with system turn-over. For additional credentials or for credentials after system turnover, Bandit Systems bills a flat rate of $49 per credential.
Credential requests should be submitted to support@banditsystems.com, they should include the new user’s first name, last name, and email address, and the request should originate from someone approved to authorize new users.
All credential requests must come from approved individuals who are designated by the organization to authorize new credentials. For a list of individuals authorized to create new credentials, please refer to the customer Welcome Letter or email support@banditsystems.com.
Requests should state if the user will have access to:
Live video
Recorded video
The ability to download video
Additionally, the request should include any restrictions to cameras which the user is permitted to access (i.e. the user is permitted to view exterior cameras only)
